The location of this place was fantastic, near some great restaurants and a donkey farm, and we had a lovely meal with drinks at the nearby Sirroco Restaurant Bar.

The room did not meet the expectations of a 5* hotel, furniture is quite worn out, the bedside lamps were with holes, everything else was fine.

The hotel also responds to special requests. They really try hard to have satisfied customers. Very rare!

The whole place was clean with pleasant views. Stunning location in the main restaurant with doors always open. - the breakfast was extraordinary and delicious with a wide range of lovely food. - the services were top-notch. - We had a great time.

The hotel is luxury and unique, it has attentive staff from the excellent Manager. The room is well-appointed and well furnished with a king size bed, also they can offer wake-up service.

The services were impeccable, offered us good free Wi-Fi. The poolside restaurant offered amazing dishes, and the breakfast was extraordinary. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Greek restaurant, nearby Kato Gouves for lunch and Crete's major attractions...

The rooms are well-organized and come with an electric kettle and glassware, and the breakfast is amazing, offering champagne.

The place is spotless and fancy. Tidy and new-fashioned room complete with the balcony, twin beds, bedrooms. Magnificent and beautiful location right next to the beach in the Asian restaurant, great pool. Good service, parking on site. Everything amazing.

As foreign tourists, we loved the exceptional service provided by the staff at Amirandes. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the beautiful room and property, as well as the delicious food and drinks, exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the live saxophone player during breakfast and the special touches the hotel provided, such as fresh fruits and snacks in our room upon arrival. the hotel team was also very accommodating to dietary restrictions, ensuring that our meals were safe for my girlfriend with celiac disease. the sport facilities and day activities were well organized and added to the overall experience. We cannot wait to visit again in the future.

Felt like VIPs, nothing to complain about.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I gotta say, I felt like I got a lot of bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was top-notch and the location was absolutely stunning. But what really made my stay memorable was the staff. They treated me like royalty from the moment I arrived until the day I left. Grecotel sure knows how to hire the best!
